- So, thanks to all of you, I have entered Office for My Eighth term as your President.
I started the 'Weekly Update' in my Seventh term (I guess) to give people a insight into what goes on if Players are not that active (can be due to a lot of reasons), but still want to partake in our community.
It's still going strong, it has gone through some changes, but I will continue with it.


Personal note:
- apparently Grandma got a call from the Doctor's office, and they didn't specify why.
It's all good, they hadn't checked-up on her in a long time, only when she had a lung 'issue' they visited, and Grandma never visits the Doctor's, so we could talk about some years of them not seeing her. Turns out, they just wanted to do a check-up.
And, of course, it (not specifying why they wanted to see her) kinda freaked everyone out, (not me, no one ever tells me about such stuff when it's going on), and of course ''this shouldn't have ever happened'' is the first you hear, my response would be ''then why did it happen?!'' but hey, I wasn't there, unfortunately.

- We had local elections last week (IRL), and a blow has been dealt.
Local political organizationswon in a lot of places, in my province, they won everywhere. (With winning i mean receiving the most votes)

Other: I have heard that last week alone 3 people in this flat have passed away, I'm quite shocked, most people here are elderly, yes, but that it can go that fast?
I'm always friendly to others, but other than that, not the most social person. Yet, if you would start a conversation with me, you'd know it wouldn't end soon since once in a conversation, I can be very social, I just need a little push. (you can ask MdR).

- A new event starts tomorrow (around 6 hours from now), my plan is to 'sell' the boosters by just using them in a round someone else wants the BH/SH for.
I would never get the damage out to get a BH with all that going on.
It would therefore be smart if our 'tanks' got together and help one another to more gold for each medal (just an idea), divide battles between them, while also leaving some open for 'non-tanks'.
Smart strategy: Fight early to maximize the Epic battles +1 PP per hit, giving you more fighting potential, and wait a day for people to deplete supplies going for each-others medals, after that, you could swoop in.

- Last day of the event, keep on to your Maverick tokens, I assume there will be a eNorwegian D2 epic tomorrow.


Personal note:
- D&D was amazing, I had an amazing roll-streak, an important battle, was decided in the beginning when another Player destroyed a door with his war-hammer, I immediately rushed in (giving me a 'bonus' round, even the DM was surprised) and charged at the (hopefully, (we had to quit immediately after the fight)) gang-leader, Thanks to a character 'perk/trait' I can also get crit-rolls at 19, and not at only 20, I was able to use my 'normal' action to increase my movement, then I used a ability to give me another action, so, I attacked the (I hope he is) gang-leader, rolled a 19, meaning i can roll 3 D8's (a dice with 8 sides) and was able to do 24 (or so) damage, almost halving his initial HP even before he could react, this surprised everyone, even the other players.

Should I mention I also rolled 19/20 for initiative? (meaning i can attack first), well, I did, so I attacked again, another crit-roll, can't remember that roll as good, but it was another great roll, He was almost down, while I also got quite some damage thanks to Him and another enemy behind me, bit i needed one more roll, and got it, it wasn't a crit, but my 2 damage (+3 for the weapon I use) lead to him falling in battle, we fought to knock them out, not to kill.

All-in-all, my character is now known as '3 Punch Man', that fight was NOT supposed to be easy (9/10 other enemy characters assisted that gang-leader while another player also has spells to kill, and not much knock-out capability's).

- New event, spend energy.. not like I'd ever manage to even get the first mission done.


Personal note:
- The TT was great.
I expected it to be busier during the nights.. it wasn't as busy as other years.
There were some stabbings (yes, we have those, and yes, this isn't new during the TT-Nights) but other than that, the TT-Nights were amazing. Personally, I didn't went all nights, I went the first and last & I most certainly enjoyed it.
According to the local home-to-home newspaper (delivered to every house in the City, doesn't cost you anything, it runs thanks to ads) the numbers are as follows:
- 104.000 Visitors to the race itself (no idea if this includes the trainings that they had)
- 195.000 Party-goers for the festivity's (that lasted a week this time, also included are multiple daytime activity's) this includes the TT-Nights.
